Garden Court is situated within a five minute walk from Queenstown’s beautiful town centre and on the doorstep of countless adventures or just that well-earned rest!

We have incorporated into the design the ability to interconnect two One Bedroom Courtyard Apartments which provides a fantastic environment for an extended family, three couples or a larger group.

Garden Court Studio Suites:

The studio Suites are a large room with kitchenette, lounge and dining seating, desk work area and flexible to your needs as can be set up as one super king or two single beds. Some Studio Suites can accommodate a third person using a rollaway bed.
Bathroom configuration for the Studio Suites is either shower over spa bath or shower only, so if you really want a room with a spa bath be sure to request this option.
Studio Suites have a variety of outlooks with the majority of these having garden views and backing on to the small park next door.

Garden Court One Bedroom Courtyard Apartment:

Outdoor furniture means all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy. These apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove-top, oven and dishwasher. Fantastic for a longer stay as they have their own laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes horse.
The living area boasts two armchairs and a comfortable sofa, and a dining table with seating for four. Your bathroom has the luxury of a shower over a spa bath.
The separate bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your needs, together with a double sofa bed in the living area for extra flexibility. The maximum occupancy for this room is four persons,

Queenstown Garden Court One Bedroom Balcony Apartment:

The One Bedroom Balcony Queenstown Apartment combines comfort with a stunning alpine outlook towards the beautiful Remarkables and the surrounding mountains. A truly special view. These apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher stovetop and oven. Fantastic for a longer stay as they have their own laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes horse. Your bathroom has the luxury of a shower over a spa bath.
The separate bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your needs, together with a double sofa bed in the living area for extra flexibility. The living area boasts two armchairs with a comfortable sofa, and a dining table with seating for four. The maximum occupancy for this room is four persons.

Queenstown Garden Court Two Bedroom Courtyard Apartment:

Whether you are friends, family, a ski group, or two couples, you can all enjoy the flexibility of these Two Bedroom Courtyard Queenstown Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven and dishwasher, with the two bedrooms are both located upstairs with a small bathroom with toilet and handbasin. Each bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your requirements. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area if required. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is six persons.
Downstairs is a cosy lounge with two arm chairs, a sofa and dining table with seating for four. A courtyard area opens off the living room with views onto our gardens which are especially beautiful in the Spring. There is a table and outside seating for four. The main bathroom is located downstairs and boasts shower over a spa bath.

Queenstown Garden Court Two Bedroom Balcony Apartment:

Luxurious Two Bedroom Balcony Queenstown Apartments are designed as a mezzanine duplex. The master bedroom and ensuite is located on the upper level and the second bedroom is located on the lower. Each bedroom has the flexibility to be set up as one super king bed or two single beds depending on your requirements. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area if required. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is six persons
