Alpine Motel Wanaka and Apartments is located at the entrance to Wanaka town centre, an easy 5 minute walk will see you in the heart of the town, where lots of cafés and restaurants are situated and access to the beach side of beautiful Lake Wanaka.
Our Studio Units and One and Two Bedroom Family Apartments are spacious, warm, and comfortable. We offer our guests FREE WiFi 5GB per day, heat pumps/air conditioning in all apartments, daily room servicing, children’s play area, BBQ in our seated garden area, guest laundry with a separate drying/waxing room, and plenty of free off-street parking.
Facilities for children include a dedicated playground featuring swings, a slide, a fort and a trampoline all set amongst pretty landscaping

Studio Units
We offer a variety of Studio Units that can accommodate from 1-3 guests. The studios feature fully equipped kitchenettes, bathroom and either a Queen and a Single bed or a King and Single bed. Most studios are located in a quiet and sunny area.
One Bedroom Apartment
One Bedroom Apartments that can sleep from 1-5 guests. All have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The room configuration can be, either a Queen bed and three singles, or alternatively a King bed and two singles. Please check our website to see all the configurations.
Superior Two Bedroom Apartments
Our Two Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to 6 guests and feature full kitchens and bathrooms. Again there are different configurations available, however typical would be a King bed in one room, two Singles in the other bedroom and two Singles in the lounge. An alternative is a King bed in each bedroom and two Singles in the lounge.
All our units have their own parking space directly outside. The motel complex has plenty of off street parking and room for boats and trailers.
