Featuring a variety of accommodation that includes Studio Suites, One and Two Bedroom Suites, all of which are comfortable and well appointed and represent good value accommodation. Situated just 300metres from the beginning of the Waikareo eco boardwalk and just a few minutes from Tauranga’s inner harbour.

10 minutes to Mount Maunganui on new expressway, Bethlehem, Mills Reef Winery, less than 5 minutes to Tauranga Hospital and Citizens Club, Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and Promed Clinic. 1.5 km to Strand Streets numerous restaurants, 1.5km to Tauranga Racecourse, close to Queen Elizabeth Memorial Park.

Compact Mini Studio Suite
A compact unit with just a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower only, tea/coffee and toast making facilities, wash-up, cutlery & crockery, refrigerator, electric jug, a small desk with chair and 26” TV with Sky and Freeview channels plus DVD player. Provides great value for individuals or couples who do not require cooking facilities. Free Wi-Fi broadband wireless internet in room.

Queen/King Studio Suites
All of the studio units (except the Compact Mini Studio) have kitchen facilities with full cooking options including a spotlessly clean stainless steel wash-up, two plate cooker, Microwave oven, compact fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery,cutlery and all cooking essentials. The units also have 32″ high-resolution LCD TV’s with SKY and Freeview channels plus DVD players. All beds have bedside tables and bedside lights with a clock/radio alarm clock.

The main feature of the Queen and King Studios is that they all have an in-room double spa bath, making them very popular with many of our regular’s. In addition, there is an en-suitebathroom with full vanity, basin and mirror, full shower cubicle and toilet. The rooms are finished off with a chest of drawers with a luggage rack, a desk and in some cases a dinette table with chairs. One of the Super King Studio Units is considered to be our “Honeymoon Suite” as it is spacious withnorth facingwindows which enjoyearly morning sunrise views.

One Bedroom Suites
These one bedroom units are comfortable and well appointed and represent good value accommodation. Each unit has a full kitchenette with a wash-up, two plate cooker, microwave, compact fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and all cooking essentials. The latest 32″ hi-resolution LCD TV with SKY TV (guest select) plus Freeviewand DVD player add to these great units. The lounge is finished off with a desk, a small dinette table with chairs and a double sleeper couch for relaxing to watch TV or opened out for that extra friend or family member.

Some of the units are configured with one or two single beds in the lounge providing some flexibility for families with older children or colleagues sharing, so that companies, individuals or sporting teams can get comfortable, yet competitively priced, shared accommodation for staff, family or teams.
